Riviera Maya Golf Vacations

Amazing property, great staff , great food. Will definitely return

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium White Sand. This was our second visit at Grand Palladium Riviera Maya, the first being at Grand Palladium Colonial in 2016, and we returned because we had such an excellent experience the first time. The entire staff deserves recognition for making our stay so enjoyable. The reception team, valet attendants, concierges, and restaurant and bar staff were all warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The consistently excellent and thoughtful service throughout the resort made us feel genuinely well taken care of. A very special thank you to Erick, our personal concierge, who made our stay even more comfortable. He was attentive, responsive, and committed to making sure we had everything we needed. Beyond keeping us informed about daily activities, he took care of the little details that make such a difference: coordinating housekeeping around our schedule, personally bringing water to our room when we ran low, arranging restaurant reservations quickly and efficiently, and even delivering a special birthday treat. What truly stood out was Erick's support when my husband became ill. He went above and beyond to coordinate a special diet with room service and even stayed beyond his regular working hours to make sure everything was taken care of. His dedication, kindness, and personal attention made a difficult situation much easier for us, and we are incredibly grateful to him for his support. Thank you to the entire team!

All staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful Great Service Entertainment was fun and for all ages Will book my next vacation here again next year
