Our first time at a resort and it did not disappoint. Beautiful place, room was very nice, clean, and enjoyed the jetted tub. Staff was friendly and gave great service. Food was amazing including buffet! Only complaint was the beach, full of seaweed, not clear, water was very rough and got stung by the thimble jellyfish. Recommend staying in the pools which are super nice!

Everything was clean and easy to get to. The spa was my favorite. I felt so relaxed. I also really enjoyed all the entertainment, the singers, musicians, and the nightly evening shows. 10 out of 10 would come back again.

JOIA Paraiso is the nicest resort we've been to. Staff was amazing. A friendly "good morning" with a smile from everyone. Facility was impressive to say the least. Entertainment crew were great and had a lot of fun playing volleyball and other games. Food was very good, would have loved to try more dishes. We have nothing bad to say. Resort is a short drive to Excaret.

Excellent service, great choice of food. Great pool and lot of activities around it. Didn’t like enormous amounts of sea weeds on the beach, but it’s not the resort issue. Honestly sayings the resort staff did their best to get rid of them.
