Room was very small.

We were not very impressed with this place. Our check in supposed to be at 4 and didn’t get room until 8:30 pm. Staff was very rude. Front desk lady was very mean. They didn’t give us any information regarding room service. Our room wasn’t clean so we had to call for room service. The place smell like smoke all day. The view was great from our room. We were able to see fireworks from 19th floor.

The room clearly has missing chairs or sofa since it only has one standing table on its own. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling.

Love staying at the Inn at Holiday Valley. Comfortable spacious rooms. Hot Tub, Sauna, pool. Breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location. Nice views.
