Royal Senchinis a place if you want complete peace and quiet day and night. Its a great place for couples who want to be more secluded and great for families, as its a small resort. However, if you are someone who enjoys live music, more activity throughout the day and evening this is not the place for you. Also, once you book you cannot get a refund at all at no circumstance. The food is good but very expensive. It is not a place I would personally visit again.

While the hotel has potential, our overall experience was negatively impacted by several service and facility shortcomings: 1. Housekeeping and Room Service The rooms were frequently not serviced or made up in a timely manner, resulting in an unsatisfactory guest experience. 2. Essential Amenities The hotel was unable to provide towels from the morning of one day until our departure the following day, despite repeated requests. This significantly affected our comfort and convenience. 3. Room Facilities The refrigerators in the rooms were not functioning properly, limiting our ability to store food, beverages, and other temperature-sensitive items. Overall Assessment The combination of inadequate housekeeping, lack of basic amenities, and non-functional room equipment detracted from the quality of our stay. We recommend that management address these issues promptly to improve guest satisfaction and service standards.
