Bermuda Kid friendly Vacations

Pool was beautiful, restaurant was good. Our room was in a very unpleasant location, We thought we were in the basement. Very musty smell, however the room was clean. I asked if the room a1/2 level above was vacant, and I was told no, yet no party ever occupied the room. We were under the impression this was a deluxe room, and when you look at your advertisement this was in no way that room. It was well below deluxe. I guess it is true, that any bookings through Expedia are blocks of less desirable rooms, by our experience this is true. Also, it was advertised that a water shuttle was available from the hotel to Hamilton across the bay, this is not true, the boat ceased running well before we got to the hotel. This was a draw for us and not being in service disappointed us. Even though they had a shuttle car, which was very good, we were disappointed.

The Hamilton Princess surpassed all our expectations. The staff were friendly, quick to help out, and made us feel welcome for the duration of our stay. Our room was clean, full of amenities, and quiet. We loved the convenient location to Hamilton shopping, restaurants and the ferry stop. The hotel restaurants were fabulous and we highly recommend 1609 for both ambience and food/drinks. While the hotel is not beachside, their private beach club is stunning, offering 3 beaches, a restaurant, pink sand, and no crowds. You can’t go wrong booking a trip with the Hamilton Princess.
