The sauna area has to be rebuilt, as there are not space to rest close to it, as well as the bathtub is placed into the sauna, instead of next to them.

Great stay overall! The hotel stands out for its cleanliness, excellent service, and a very peaceful atmosphere for a good night’s sleep. The location is perfect—right by the beach, and the beach service is very good as well. The hotel also provides complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, which is a great added benefit and makes enjoying the beach very easy.
Check-in and check-out were both very smooth and efficient.
One highlight worth mentioning is the excellent quality of the evening shows. They are well done and enjoyable, and rather than invading the atmosphere, they actually make the evenings more pleasant.
As a small opportunity for improvement, some rooms—like the one I had—are located on the ground floor very close to the linen and towel room, which can be a bit noisy during the day. For guests who enjoy taking a daytime nap, it might be better to request a room on the upper floor. That said, nighttime rest is excellent.
In my case, I included half board. The food quality is good, but the variety is just adequate and several options tend to repeat night after night. Considering the price difference between half board and the à la carte restaurant, it may be worth evaluating the latter option, as it offers a much wider variety of dishes at good price.

This property has everything we could ask for! We will definitely be back. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless, the food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and it’s perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and spaces for kids. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. We have nothing negative to mention—well done, Serrambi Resort!

Was a beautiful stay! Couldn’t have been a more charming hotel. However, the photographs that advertise the hotel show women instead of focusing on the much more interesting history and adaptive reuse of an historic building once owned by an internationally recognized artist.

A Dream Getaway at Ocean Palace Resort!
I can't say enough amazing things about our stay at Ocean Palace Resort in Natal! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the ocean. The location is simply unbeatable—right on the stunning Via Costeira with direct access to the beach and minutes from Ponta Negra.
The resort itself is gorgeous, with beautifully maintained pools, lush tropical landscaping, and plenty of space to relax. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had an incredible view of the ocean—waking up to that sunrise every morning was pure magic.
What really stood out was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The food was also exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes served fresh every day.
One of the highlights of our trip was getting our photos taken with Viva Photos—they were incredible! The team was professional, creative, and made the whole experience fun and memorable. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful and are now some of our favorite keepsakes from the trip.
Whether you're looking to unwind by the pool, indulge in the spa, or explore the vibrant culture of Natal, Ocean Palace is the perfect base. This place exceeded all expectations—we’ll definitely be coming back!
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable escape in Brazil!

Expedia provided an amazing picture of the room overlooking the ocean which I have yet to find in the entire hotel. The staff was amazing very accommodating and very courteous. The bathroom facilities were amazing. The shower is always had hot water and were of a good size. The towels were very rough and after complaining on our last night, we finally got amazingly soft towels. It’s too bad they waited till the last day we were there. We went to Brazil for an amazing vacation and to top it off an amazing breakfast provided by the hotels. Unfortunately, aqua suites breakfast left a lot to be desired. We went to another hotel just a few doors down called great Western Premier and paid for an amazing breakfast. It’s too bad aqua suites could not provide that. Maybe it’s all the hotels but the Wi-Fi was very poor. Some places were great and some areas were not. Just throwing that in if you have to check email or do any business. The maid service was excellent. They cleaned up very nicely and always provided some towels. Unfortunately, no water is provided unless purchased. And unfortunately, I asked for just a small portion of ice for cooling of our water in a thermos and the woman mistakenly thought I wanted a bucket of ice and wanted to charge me money. Regardless of what I asked for charging for ice I don’t think it’s an acceptable thing to do given the amount we paid to the hotel stay. She did accommodate us with a few cubes in a glass

Overall great. The facilities were organized and clean. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room were clean and organized. They offer breakfast buffet, but we didn’t have the opportunity to try it.
Additionally, it is close to the historic city – there was a festival in the city, so we had a lot of fun… The hotel also offers parking and there is plenty of space available to park in the sideways. A staff member was super helpful providing instructions for parking. I wish we had stayed longer…

It’s a huge resort , a bit dated now. All staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet is very good, lots of options, plentiful fresh. Not much English spoken here. Right on the lovely beach, lots of restaurants close by.
