Northwest Chicago Kid friendly Vacations

The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk staff are friendly and managed to put both my rooms connecting which made it easier for my family of 6, only small issue is waiting for towels , each time we called for towels it took 3 different calls for someone to bring them up, Other than that everything else was fine . I would say it gives more of a business type of environment, lobby is spacious with tables and outlets to allow you to work on your laptop if need be . There’s a Starbucks in the hotel but doesn’t open all day , the location is great across Woodfield mall which is a huge mall, several restaurants , coffee shops , other clothing stores and grocery stores. It’s a great location in Schaumburg, clean suburban area.
