The entire team at Ladera resort were very accommodating to every situation we had. It’s a great resort. The views are impeccable. The food was excellent. Did I say the views again? I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.

Needs updating and maintenance

My family stayed here and we enjoyed the rooms, amenities, and excursions. We had a two bedroom villa with two bathrooms and a kitchen and the staff was nice and scenery was gorgeous. There was a ton of water sports and we did an inclusive sailing tour with a visit to sugar beach that was memorable.
