Wonderful location and outdoor restaurant on the harbor. Staff was all very helpful and friendly.

The location is perfect. We seen elephants, striped mongoose, and wart hogs on the property. Baboons across the street. Located next to shopping and a few restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa services were also good. I highly recommend this resort. I would definitely stay here again.

Didn't like that there were bugs in room roaches

Beautiful, green grounds and a spotlessly clean property. The staff were the highlight: warm, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. The location works well too. You're in Kambanji, about 10 minutes from most of the eastern suburbs, so Highland Park, La Parada, Mozambik, Ocean Basket and Upstate are all an easy drive. Mukuvisi Woodlands and the city galleries are close enough for a half day out, and Wild Is Life near the airport is worth the trip if you're staying a few nights. The on-site restaurant does a really good à la carte menu and stays open until 9pm. Excellent food, though on the pricey side. Card payment is accepted across the board. There's also a simple but well-equipped gym and a tennis court. Massages are arranged through a freelance masseuse rather than the lodge, at additional cost. The treatment was very good. A great break overall, and we'd happily return.
