Room had been renovated but still appeared a little dated (as did most of the hotel). Lovely staff and very clean room/property. Room service is not currently available due to the ongoing reno despite this being advertised within the room. Noisy on Saturday night

Old but charming

The room was absolutely beautiful. Check-in was smooth and the check-in team was so lovely and helpful. We ordered room service, and they were so prompt and lovely. We enjoyed some food at the Jigger Inn and the staff there were also really amazing. One particular member of staff was a champ at helping us pay for a bill for a table of 12 people. They also accommodated my husband’s allergies and were really top notch about it. We got to St. Andrew’s by way of train, we pulled in to the Luechers train stop and then took the bus to St. Andrews, the bus stops directly at a bus stop right down the road from the hotel, and it was a 2 minute walk to the hotel.

The team were extremely helpful and the facility is extremely well located.
