We opted for A la Carta and we were advise that no reservation was required however when we reach at the restaurant they advise us that they now required reservation and was roll out the day after we checked in. They mentioned advise was sent but we didn't receive any notification on the app nor email

Unfortunately, the hotel was not what we expected. Safe in the room was broken. Yes they fixed it after we formed staff. Go to eat at the Mexican restaurant and no toilet paper in the men’s restroom. Our wrist door back/key open we’re not working, not activated. They had a cheap toy Iron, which one of the staff replaced to a normal iron that throws steam. The only thing my family enjoyed was the walk out Pool. Food was average.

Right on the beach where we saw turtle's nesting! Plenty of room. Well functioning air conditioning. Great value for money. We really enjoyed our time here :-)

Bahia Principe Grand Tulum exceeded every expectation for our family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccably clean the entire property is kept. The staff throughout the resort are absolute professionals—attentive, friendly, and always eager to help with a smile. The absolute highlight of our stay was the Kids Club. Travelling with our 7-year-old, we have visited several resorts, but the Kids Club here is easily one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The coordinators do a phenomenal job keeping the children safe, entertained, and engaged. You can leave your kids for the full day if you wish, and the staff will even bring them to lunch as a group, giving parents total peace of mind and time to relax. A particularly special touch was that they invited the kids to participate in the main evening stage shows if they wanted to join in—our child was thrilled to be part of the performance! The night entertainment was top-tier every single evening, featuring talented performers and impressive production value. To top it all off, the food was amazing throughout the entire resort, offering excellent variety and outstanding flavor across the options. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Bahia Principe Tulum to any family looking for a clean, fun, and seamless vacation!
