晚上的餐厅不容易订位置，太少位置了。

The property was pleasant and there was maintenance work being conducted around the site. The beach area was terrible and not as advertised with only a small area accessible on the Akumal site of the resort as all other covered with seaweed. The resort was quiet with plenty of sun loungers available. Food was plentiful and very tasty; covering all areas of the globe. The App was unusable, for me anyway, but the concierge staff were helpful and could book into restaurants and services. The mini fridge was under stocked but could be refilled on request - we had 2 soft drinks and 2 beers each day for a family of 4. Pools were also quiet and clean and there is a trolley / golf cart service providing links to all areas of the resort. Despite the disappointment with the sea, overall the resort was good and we would recommend it for other families.

Great staff, food choices were excellent, clean spacious rooms, multiple locations to relax by the pool or engage in activities.

Esta fue mi quinta vez hospedándome en el hotel, pero lamentablemente creo que será la última. Como cliente frecuente que ha visto la evolución del lugar, es muy triste notar cómo decayó la experiencia gastronómica. ​La comida en esta ocasión estuvo sinceramente deplorable: ​Porciones muy reducidas: A comparación de años anteriores, la cantidad que sirven es excesivamente pobre. ​Menú desbalanceado: Parece que te obligan a comer más vegetales que proteína. La variedad y presencia de opciones como carne o mariscos fue casi nula o extremadamente limitada. ​Supongo que la reciente incorporación o transición a la franquicia Hyatt terminó perjudicando el estándar que solían manejar. En lugar de mejorar la experiencia del huésped, se percibe un recorte evidente en la calidad y en los insumos. ​Es una lástima ver cómo un lugar al que regresaba con gusto ha perdido la esencia y la atención que lo caracterizaban. Ojalá tomen en cuenta este comentario y escuchen a sus clientes frecuentes para corregir el rumbo. familia la cuál ocupaba año con año 8 habitaciones,

Nuestra estancia en Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya fue excelente de principio a fin. Desde nuestra llegada, el personal fue muy atento. Al hacer el check-in nos recibió un concierge para huéspedes de Expedia, quien nos explicó de forma clara lo esencial del hotel y nos hizo saber que podíamos acudir con él para cualquier duda durante nuestra estancia. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Alfred, quien nos ayudó a reservar las cenas en los restaurantes temáticos y, además, nos obsequió una cortesía para disfrutar del spa, un gran detalle que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. En el spa también recibimos una atención excelente por parte de Carla, quien fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. El hotel nos encantó: las instalaciones son muy bonitas, hay una gran variedad de actividades para todas las edades y siempre hay algo que hacer. La única “queja” es que nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más días para poder disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece. Sin duda, regresaríamos.
