Unfortunately, the hotel was not what we expected. Safe in the room was broken. Yes they fixed it after we formed staff. Go to eat at the Mexican restaurant and no toilet paper in the men’s restroom. Our wrist door back/key open we’re not working, not activated. They had a cheap toy Iron, which one of the staff replaced to a normal iron that throws steam. The only thing my family enjoyed was the walk out Pool. Food was average.

Don’t book. Place is run down. Bathroom had black mold. A/C thermostat locked. Kids water park super old. Staff not helpful. Bartenders and waiters prefer to attend first to certain foreigners. Had to figure out the whole hotel on my own. This place is huge. Three hotels in one. You have to wait for for golf carts (10-15min) to get the beach. The beach has rocks. We did see some fish. Buffet is mediocre at best. Airport is over an hour away. There is way too much to explain. Just find another place to spend your hard earned dollars.

Overall the resort and resort staff were excellent and we had a very positive experience. The seaweed was much more than we anticipated, but the hotel staff made a very impressive effort trying to clear it each day.

The property was great and clean, and the staff were amazing, except for our personal concierge, Alfredo. He didn't help with my grandson's birthday reservation or getting balloons and a cake (we told him we were there for my grandsons 1st birthday and would definitely pay for the items and assistance). Once we told him that we didn't want to attend the free massage, which wasn't free until you went to the hotel seminar, his whole demeanor changed, and he became very cold. Our second concierge, JHARYS (WHO ALFREDO SAID SHE OVER SALL 400 GUEST AND SHE COULDN'T DO MUCH FOR US BECAUSE SHE WAS TO BUSY ACTUALLY CAME THROUGH BUT WISH WE HAD MEET HER PRIOR TO THE BIRTHDAY LET DOWN) friendly, made things happen that Alfredo said couldn't and took that bitter taste out of our mouths, making the trip 100% better. A Big Thank You Jhary ;hopefully, the hotel knows, that your a good employee and an even Better Person!!!
