My husband booked this as a birthday trip and it was amazing. The staff were accommodating, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The property and rooms were immaculately taken care of. The food was amazing although we didn’t try the French cuisine, everything was 10 out of 10. Minus the room service which in my opinion could’ve been more extensive if you’re looking to stay in the room for the day. Lastly the spa, my husband booked an 80 minute massage for me as well as a Hydrotherapy massage. Overall, I slept like a baby after that. We will be visiting here again.

This visit lived up to the top all inclusive resort in the world. The staff was incredible and the restaurants were 5 star dining. Definitely set the bar for resorts moving forward. Highly highly recommend Secrets

This is the best resort we have ever stayed at. The facility is gorgeous, activities non-stop, and the staff is incredible. Gina was our personal concierge and she treated us like family. We spent an exceptional amount of time conversing (in spanish and english) at the bar with our favorite bar tenders (Irving and Efrain) and they were so fun and friendly. The beach volleyball lead by Sina was also epic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone looking for an incredible and relaxing vacation with wonderful staff and a beautiful property. We can't wait to come back!

Great place to go and relax!! Loved the entertainment as well! Beautiful pools, great food and awesome staff. The beaches would have been great but unfortunately the seaweed was terrible when we were there :( We would definitely go back!

AMAZING! All of the locals know this is the best Secrets. Staff was amazing and gave no issues. The food was great and there was plenty to do to relax and to party/have fun. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I plan to come back soon!

This trip was my second time staying at Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya. It is a special place. The staff is extremely accommodating, kind, thoughtful, friendly and truly enthusiastic about making sure your time there is unforgettable. I wish we didn't have to leave and we could extend our trip! The beach is so convenient, just steps away from the pool. The number of restaurants, activities throuhgout the day, entertainment at night, etc is impressive. You really don't have the urge to leave the resort because there is enough there to enjoy your trip! Great experience from booking, checking in, staying there, and checking out of the hotel. 10/10 would reccomend!!
