Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price For the price I paid, I expected much more from this hotel. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing from check-in to dining. The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. Although my driver’s license was taken during check-in, I later noticed that the address listed on my receipt was incorrect, which was frustrating and concerning. Also crickets dead and live around the hotel inside. The restaurant experience was even worse. The service was extremely poor, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. I understand that serving a large group can be challenging, but waiting hours for food is unacceptable. Our server forgot to place our order, and by the time the food was finally delivered around 9:30 p.m., it was cold. The staff were also unfriendly and, at times, rude. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations for the price. Between the unwelcoming front desk, poor restaurant service, long wait times, and cold food, this was not an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, I would only consider staying here again if absolutely necessary. I expected much better customer service and a far better experience for the money.
