Southern Minnesota Pet-friendly Vacations

Bed: Awful...you rolled in to the middle, the mattress needs to be replaced. Sheets and pillows were also terrible. Room: The single queen is very small. Our room door stuck so bad! It made an awful noise when opening and closing and you had to basically put all your muscle in to it to get it open or shut. There was a washer & dryer for guests to use. It was located out in the open, in the hallway, right beside our room. The Dryer was running until midnight two nights. Bathroom: There was mold along the top of the shower insert against the wall. Towels all need to be replaced and I had to basically beg and argue with the front desk to get two more clean towels after we'd been there for 2 days. Bar Soap & shampoo are super small and basic (at best). Cleanliness: Poor. The room didn't appear to be vacuumed at all possibly or poorly, if it was, The smell is old & musty. Front desk: As little interaction with the guest as he possibly could do. We were not asked at check out how our stay was or anything. He just took the keys.

Please dont stay here. You will be sadly disappointed! We drove up to a dark, deserted looking inn and thought it was closed. It was not. Thw place was in shambles, no air-conditioning in the halls, wasnt turned on in the room. The stairs going to second floor had some oil ( dark stains) or poop poured all the way down them. The door plate was so dirty I asked for antibacterial wipes [ which they didn't have] Shelf in bathroom was falling off wall, didnt have towels. When we asked for them, they brought us towels with huge holes in [ bleach maybe had eaten thru??] Shower head had 3 settings and beat us up because it was so harsh. I asked for new shower head, the person at desk did come and put a used lime - crusted one on. Half of the water poured out bottom of the head, it DID NOT work any better except we didnt get beat up. There was a man's belt 😳 laying on the floor under table, NOT OURS ! I HAVE PICTURES of all of this! And there was MORE wrong, dirty sheets, etc. We are NOT picky people, we are satisfied with little! This was the worst hotel weve ever stayed at. We stayed because it was late and we were exhausted. " under construction" is NO EXCUSE for the condition of this place. Owner needs to be contacted and this place needs to be shut down !!! The only thing good was the two people who helped me were kind and responsive. Dont stay here. $50 is too much for a room here and we paid over $100! I am disgusted that my money was wasted on such a place!!
