Dyfed Scuba Diving Vacations

Always enjoy staying here great staff, good golf, lovely facilities and decent food

I was informed two days before my arrival that the property I had booked had a maintenance issue, and I was offered a different property instead. Although the location was not ideal for my purpose, I had to accept it given the short notice. I was then sent the check-in instructions, but they included only the property name and not the full address. The postal code directed us to a different location. On a rainy night, the Uber driver could not find the property, and we had to call the property management's emergency number before finally obtaining the correct address. The property itself was nice and clean, but the check-in process was poorly handled and caused unnecessary frustration.

We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!

staff very helpful, spa and gym a great addition Breakfast, if not booked at time of booking or check in was very expensive but in line with hotel pricing. Very close to mermaid quay where other great options were available. Parking - expensive due to location but an oversight on my part not checking this before booking. Wont put me off staying again however as hotel was exceptional with cracking views of the Bay

The staff at reception are very helpful . The property location is ideal and easy for the M4. Have stayed there a few times and always very pleased with everything.

Great location

This was an interesting hotel right in the heart of Cardiff. It was an easy walk to the Castle, multiple museums, and lots of restaurants and shops. It was clean. It was a good sized. The breakfast was outstanding - the best on our trip (and we had very good breakfasts at multiple hotels, so that's saying something). The hotel is a little confusing with a maze-like layout, but you get used to it. The only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. It was the softest bed ever, and sagged in the middle. When we mentioned this when we checked out, they were incredibly sorry to hear about it, and wished we had said something sooner. I honestly think they were upset on our behalf and wished they had the chance to fix the problem. We just don't like complaining or whatever, so we didn't mention anything. Very happy overall.

This place had the best breakfast I had in my entire trip. Cooked to order and it was just fantastic. The building seems to be very old and even spooky, but overall the stay was pretty good.
