Pineville Vacations from $786

Great location. Step out right in to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Clean. Noisy. The hallways and room floors are vinyl (no carpet) which makes it easy to mop (everything smelled like Lysol) but also noisy when people are moving luggage down the hall or walking around on the floor above in shoes. It was adequate. The king bed was comfortable. The shower was strong and hot. If you just want a cheap, clean, safe place to sleep and free parking this isn't a bad choice. No breakfast but plenty within walking distance. Howards just down to the left is great for dinner (really really good steaks and cozy atmosphere). There was a leak from the bath above into our bath which dripped and was causing a protrusion in the ceiling plaster. I mentioned it to the lady at the desk, she didn't seem too worried about it. I also mentioned the plant at reception was just about to die if it wasn't watered. She didn't seem too concerned about that either. I didn't have my water bottle or I would have watered it. Other guests were really friendly and lovely.

We had been told the facilities had been renovated in the last few years. The room we had, although clean, looked as though it had new flooring and paint, but the entrance door to the room looked as though it was ready to fall off and hard to open, as well as the door handle to the balcony, the counters in and outside the bathroom looked to be from the 1960s, as did the sinks and mirrors. No secure WIFI. The staff at the desk seemed nice enough but all and all, to us, the room was not worth the price per night we paid. So disappointed. I doubt we ever stay there again.

It was okay , doesn’t offer breakfast, you have to pay to get inside the water park . They try to sucker you into a time share presentation by offering you free breakfast and discounted perks

Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.

Great location,
