Weekend getaways in Kapolei

My overall experience at the Hotel far exceeded any of my expectations. The staff was always ready to assist you with excellent service.

Enjoyable

First off, the ladies at front desk were amazing at answering all of my questions with clear and concise answers. The room was exactly what my family required with bed space, Bath/shower size and a well stocked kitchenette. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast brunch was served hot and fresh with a good variety to make any picky eater happy. 10/10 would stay again!

Front desk were always smiling and attentive. The room was beautiful and the lobby is lively. The atmosphere truly speaks to me, relax you’re in Hawai’i!

The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The hotel staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I have had in years, with rotating options, an omelet bar, and fresh cut pineapple. It was an all around 5 star stay.

The Residence Inn Oahu Kapolei is an excellent choice if you are looking for a great place to stay that is not on the water. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff is outstanding! Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. A hot breakfast was included with the hotel charge and was generous with its offerings. The restaurant was closed during our stay. However, the hotel arranged for food trucks to be on site every evening and they offered a variety of affordable meal...

Lots of fun water activities for families. Beach and wonderful lagoon for ocean swimming, snorkeling and paddle boarding. Service is excellent. Pretty good restaurant options onsite. Only weak spot was the room, which was ok for a high quality resort. Also they don't have daily room cleaning service, only a "light" clean every other day, which is annoying.

Seriously, there was no reason to leave the hotel, outstanding luau & dinner. Lots of activities all day long for kids and adults. Views were fabulous (mostly ocean or golf course). Hotel is on the beach. Our standard room was a full apartment! Quiet, we could not hear our neighbors, even though they had kids. Staff was extremely attentive. My family of 7 ( 5 adults, 2 children 5 & 6) stayed at Aulani in November. As we arrived we were greeted outside and we all received leis. We had a 2 bedroom villa. It was so roomy, plenty of room for the 7 of us. Do not upgrade to an ocean view cause I believe all 2 bedroom villas are ocean view. For the most part it was ok. They don’t clean the halls of your room area and you have to pay for parking $35 a day!

The unit, we stay was amazing, clean and easy to parking . Near by the wakiki beach , near by zoo, near by market. I like this place. We will come back. Thanks for make us stay safe and been good time for summer.

The location and ocean were nice. It was very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean and you didn't know if guests were next door or in the hall. The towels, yes the towels, were very absorbant and soaked up the water on your skin. (Important factor for me) Room size was smaller than expected but I didnt go there to stay in the hotel and the beds were comfortable. Spa services were amazing. Parking was simple. The view was perfect! Room wasn't dirty but not as clean as it could have been. The people we dealt with were really prompt at taking care of a situation we had.

Loved this hotel!!! So beautiful and peaceful! Friendly staff and close to so much. There was a Starbucks close by and great stores, especially all the ABC stores, which made it very convenient. We didn't have to hike to a grocery store. I loved having a kitchen in our room. We saved a lot of money by cooking in majority of our stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful and our room was always clean and organized when we returned from a long day of fun. GREAT HOTEL! Can't wait to return.

I like that this property is so close to the beach and shopping area. The gym and laundry facilities located on the same floor was convenient. I was able to work out while waiting for the laundry to be done. The manager’s reception with live music and the breakfast with miso soup daily sweet fresh pineapple were really enjoyable.
