Great place right in the middle of Jerome! Love the restaurant and bar great food and drinks with a fun loving staff must stay.

Ingrid is a delightful host. She made us feel very much at home. We stayed in the Northern Exposure room, which was delightfully decorated in the style of the Pacific North west. All the exacting touches decorating the room alone were worth the stay. I have wanted to stay in Jerome ever since I passed through it many years ago, and was pleased by this opportunity. It is a delightful historical town, well worth a visit.

Love the style of the property. Everything is in excellent condition and th shower was awesome and bed comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

the property was great, location excellent, however, my experience at check in was not the greatest. They need to provide better costumer service. the gentleman who checked us in didn't know what he was doing and took almost 45 minutes. he was so lost and wasn't helpful at all.

Beautiful new hotel. Very clean with modern amenities. Great shower in the bathroom! Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

What a unique hotel! Historical building with beautifully updated rooms. Easy self check- in. Nice, simple, but much appreciated touches…complimentary waters, coffee and pastries. Great brewery in the building. Great location too - minutes away from the Verde Valley Railroad, Jerome and lots of restaurants in Cottonwood. Friendly staff to top it all off!

The night receptionist, Amber is always nice and polite. She is also very personable. After a long drive it is good to have that kind of person at the desk. The rooms are always very clean and the breakfast is always good. I don't remember who the person is who foes the breakfast but, she deserves alot of credit. She keeps the area very clean and is a nice person to be around. She is a hard worker.

A very cute property! Lovely clean, comfortable room and right in the historic district with plenty of restaurants, wine tasting rooms and shops for every taste. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing resort. Nice accommodations fully supplying your needs for a short or longer stay. Provides a home away from home with the perks of a heated pool, two hot tubs, gym, game room, and quiet atmosphere. Clean and provisions for everything you might needs. Friendly and welcoming staff provided coupons and suggestions for placea to check out. Five stars all the way! No question. Would definitely book again.

Very nice little motel. This was a one night stay but already booked for a week next month. Very friendly staff and nice clean room.

we booked 4 motels rooms for one night .The motel was prepared for our arrival with easy check in .The staff gave us some great dining tips to some very convenient eatery's .The rooms were super clean with comfortable beds and the motel was quiet allowing us a great sleep ,all at an affordable price .We will definitely stay here again next time through.

The lodge and its surroundings are beautiful. Convenient to hikes and restaurants but also situated further in the mountains so it's more quiet and scenic. Shuttle service is great. Highly recommend.

Out our widow was a roof that was COVERED with large red aunts!!!!!!

This place is great to stay at when visiting Sedona. It offers a kitchen, full size fridge, and a deck with a bbq grill. The room also has everything you will need to cook and enjoy your meals. It was a much needed break from expensive meals out in town. The best part is the hotel has a very large year round hot tub , and offers convent parking right outside your room. If you are planning to do a lot of outdoor activities and want to avoid the tourist traps this hotel is for you.

Rooms were outstanding. Loved the fireplace area in lobby. Great place to relax after dinner. All amenities available were excellent. Didn’t like the fact that NO coffee available for free in lobby during morning hours. Also, appreciate lodging establishments that have any type of breakfast available for the guests for free. Not looking for extravagant items, just something. Disappointed in this and for the cost of the rooms per night which was ok, but then get charged for parking. Really. ...

I have stayed here many times over the years, and have never been disappointed.
