This was my 1st international trip and this was the greatest stay ever! Staff was beyond helpful and friendly and I've never seen a property so clean and spotless! This place is a jewel and will not disappoint! The room was huge as well and the size of the suites were spacious. Felt like I was in a full size luxury condo! You have to stay here! This place and staff from the front end to house keeping were absolutely amazing!

The place was more than what i expected, booked it for my Husband birthday he loved it very much we will definitely stay there again.

This is probably the best resort I have ever stayed in. Perfect property, wonderful people, amazing attention to detail, walkable to shops and restaurants, tons of amenities. I will be back and I would not stay anywhere else. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Place was Amazing!!

A beautiful boitique hotel! Good was amazing. Service impeccable. They are brand new, having just opened march 1 so everything is pristine. They are a ahoet elf from the beach.

This is the perfect resort for the people looking to be off the main path but still have a great experience. The swimming pool was unbelievable. The private beach and pier were very relaxing. It was nice not having to share the areas with a lot of other people. The restaurant was excellent. The service and food were top notch. We loved hanging out at the Cave Bar. A unique bar that overlooks the ocean.

The Gansevoort is by far the chic-est hotel in Providenciales. But never mind the lean, minimalistic, gorgeous architecture, the perfect pool, the most beautiful beach in the planet : It's The Staff. We absolutely loved Point Grace. Mary (the Guest Relations Manager) was awesome. She contacted us a month before our trip to arrange our airport transportation (which most hotels do not provide). She set up all of our restaurant reservations before we arrived and provided other important info. The hotel is very tranquil which matches Grace Bay. It's very quiet. The Somerset on Grace Bay is the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed in. Our room, a two-bedroom ocean view suite, was unbelievable. We had a full kitchen, three bathrooms, a living room, dining room, laundry room, and very comfortable bedrooms and beds. Our room was immaculately clean upon arrival, and was kept clean throughout our stay. Our room attendant not only cleaned our room during the day, but came back in the evening for "turn-down" service in which she would turn down the beds...

I liked the hotel , the staff & location . The only con is that they don’t have microwaves in the room so you have to go to the front office to hear your food up but the office is not open 24 hours. They close at 10pm sharp so if your hungry after that theirs no way to heat your food up .

West Bay is a wonderful resort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern. It is right on the beach with gorgeous views. The breakfast was excellent as was the food for lunch and dinner. The only downside was they wouldn't let us use the paddle boards, kayaks or catamaran. They said it was unsafe, too much current, but others were out at other resorts and it looked perfectly safe.

We stayed here for a week in December, in ocean view studio #334. The view was pretty and the staff were friendly everywhere we went (front desk, restaurant, cleaning crew, etc). Sherman was especially great and showed us to our room at check-in. It was never too crowded to find an umbrella with lounge chairs on the beautiful white sand beach, and the clear turquoise ocean was amazing. The Shore Club exceeded our expectations. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at home his hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable and always well maintained / cleaned twice a day, always on target. The beach was heavenly, water always calm, sand white and clean, we loved the fact that you can walk for miles into the ocean, without it getting deep, you have to experience this for yourself. Grace Bay Club is fabulous. They welcome you with a bottle of champagne and great fresh fruit. The refridgerator is also stocked with cold water free of charge and gets replenished when asked. They have multiple clean large towels so you do not need to constantly ask for fresh towels. The lounge chairs at the pool and beach are cushioned. You have access to a personal concierge if you desire. My husband sent him out to the food store for some staples for the room.

Staffing was very confusing because there are two management companies that manage the place. They attempted to work with each other but it was very apparent that it was not a good situation. Was not sure who to ask for what.

Highly recommended. Recently stayed here for four nights on our first visit to Turks and Caicos. Paid extra for ocean view room, which was well worth it. This is an incredible value. It was quiet and not crowded. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony (second floor). The staff all were friendly and helpful. The location is great - not surrounded by high-rises, and walkable to the shops and restaurants. We didn't have to deal with mobs of people at the beach or on the grounds. We loved everything about the Palms! The grounds are beautiful… especially the pool area with the infinity pool. We loved the free buffet breakfast every day and enjoyed high-quality, delicious dinners at your several restaurants m. We also appreciated the staff’s diligence when it came to enforcing masks and hand sanitizing.
