Good location right off of I-95. Hotel is clean, modern, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is not included but there is a bistro in the lobby which also has a bar that is open till 10pm. Property is well kept. Room was clean. Staff and housekeeper were friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in a quiet area, though very close to I-295. Lots of stores and restaurants within a 10 minute drive from hotel.

I enjoyed my stay just the location near pool was nice view at the time to sleep being that I'm a left sided sleeper..even closing the curtain the outside lights around pool area still shinned through sheer curtains...blackout curatins would not cone together due to the way the curtain rod was designed...I had to .turn facing wall to keep the light out...also I did let front desk know of spiders in bathroom area & crawling on the bed so I took care of what I saw...too lste move to another...

Not the easiest accessibility wise. Beautiful hotel but difficult to traverse with a physical disability. The parking is “far away” across from the hotel and not much parking, to be honest. I just needed a layover time to sleep and the beds were kind of rough, very firm but not terrible. It wasn’t all horrible, it was a very clean hotel with very clean rooms. It was just an accessible nightmare.

Perfect hotel if you need to to go to mayo Clinic, only one exit away , they have a shuttle which saves you a lot of money and walking. Wonderful staff, a great value.

The hotel was very clean, excellent breakfast, but the neighborhood not the greatest location.

We always stay at Hotel Indigo when we visit Jacksonville. The hotel is updated and modern, the area is quiet and safe, and there is so much shopping and dining within a 10 mile radius.

Downstairs was very nice and inviting. Many games and nice sitting area.

It was close to shops and restaurants

Over all nice stay... Breakfast was great!
