Staff were friendly and informed us about options for future stays there. Breakfast was awesome! Location was perfect to meet our needs.

Carpet is in need of replacement in the room. Everything else was amazing!

We were looking for a hotel that was close to a training we were in town for … the hotel the training was at had horrible reviews … we found this wonderful place!! First I must mention the beds - they are SO SO amazing!! Comfort level of the mattress, the sheets and the pillows are are 10 out of 10!! The whole hotel is extremely clean. What a lovely hotel! The staff was great, and the room was sparkling clean and fabulous. So nice to walk into this after a long day on the road. Spacious, inviting, and quiet. I loved it! My only very minor complaint would be that the bathroom needs better lighting. But overall, everything was wonderful.

Staff are super friendly, hotel is clean, room has everything we needed. Wished breakfast had more options as things ran out quickly by the time we came down at 8:30am.

Very safe, lots of space, and great parking. Highly recommended and glad we selected this over an hotel. Only complaint was the consistent weed smell in the hallway but that’s not always controllable by the owner.

Great place to stay in Memphis

The only bad thing was the pool was closed for 2 days we were there due to it needed to be shocked due to some algae from some of the people that were staying there.

This is a brand-spanking new hotel; so new that it doesn't appear on some maps & taxi/Uber drivers have difficulty in locating it. It's near the Slim Chicken if drivers need directions. As it's fairly new, everything was clean & in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly. I loved the decor and ambiance of this charming hotel. It was comfortable and so very pleasing in appearance. The lobby was like a beautiful living room with a fire going in the fireplace and a vase of flowers on the table. The first thing you see when the elevator doors open are two cozy wing chairs within a small library setting, a welcoming place to sit and relax and look through the books or drink coffee. And our room was beautiful, with french pane windows overlooking the Mississippi river...

Customer service was 10/10. Friendly staff and the room was clean. Stayed there twice during my trip to Louisiana. Will be back again! My only push is more toiletries.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was exceptional!!! The lady who was in charge of the breakfast was constantly refilling items on the bar. You could tell that she was “owning” her job and she made the experience for the guests a very pleasant one!!! No complaints at all about our stay. Keep on with the excellent job you’re doing!!!

It was effortless. The staff is very attentive. It's very nice and vintage and clean and modern. All at the same time. If you love vintage, you will love this place. It's very cozy. It makes you feel very comfortable
