"Arrived on Valentines day (unrelated to our stay), couldn't initially park anywhere as the parking opposite the hotel has a height restriction thus anything other than a saloon car or small/mid SUV can use it. Room was nice and clean when we arrived, sadly room was never made up the next day, nor cleaned of trash etc A/C was a tad noisy which kept us up most of the night. Ordered room service on the 2nd night, took well over an hour and not the 20-25mins stated. On the plus side
