"This was a great hotel to stay. Pros- I asked about the temp of the pool as it was cold. The next evening it was much warmer- they listened and acted upon a request! The woman staffing the nightly drink hour was friendly and funny! We had a 15 dollar credit for self parking or lobby snacks each day. It was convenient and right off of the 405- nice! "The property is in Downtown LA. It isnt the greatest neighborhood, as the homeless population os very high, but the hotel does everything that they can to make it safe for their guests.
