Wrong Hotel

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Only nice was the view and the food
Cons: Should offer at least Room Service and more light on the garden surrounding the rooms, to avoid accidents.
Location: The only SHOW I was able to find was "La Quebrada" and a Boat tour.
If you like entertainment and room service DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. They do not offer room service to the guests. They said we had entertainment the boat right with the All Inclusive. There were no night club or shows in the hotel. They just open up the Lobby and we had music for dancing. No boats available. The lights surrounding the room area was dark, and I felt, when I told them they just offer to get some medicine for me. They have a 'room' that says "Medical Department" it was closed.

Pedro Thadeu Contreira

Disappointing hotel

Posted Feb 1, 2015
Pros: The view from the lobby.
Cons: I got the impression that they have their standards firmly set and that it is not for improving. Most definitely be honest with their pricing
Location: The hotel is quiet isolated, you will need a car or take a taxi to go to the shopping centres.
The view of Acapulco bay is very charming but if your expecting a hotel up to good standard for a good price this is not it. The was dated, had no wifi and small toilet where it was a lottery if the shower would have hot water. The beach was tiny and if there was a game of footie on you were relaxing there you more than likely got hit with the ball. Moving around the complex was a workout due to the steep slope the hotel is built on and the lifts you have to use to access the restaurant and the lobby. The lobby was the only place with wifi and it was very slow when guests went there at the same time to check there mail. The food in the main restaurant was ok mostly depending on the meals theme. The other restaurant la taverna was not good, service and ordering was ridiculously slow and the food was poor. The bars were always running low or out of the popular drinks which was infuriating. My girlfriend and I paid an outrageous amount for 8 days here only to find they dropped the price by a third three days after booking, there was no genuine effort by the hotel to address this only to be pushed on to various departments who made excuses. This is the poorest all inclusive hotel you will find around and it certainly did not feel like a holiday I was expecting and had paid over the odds for. Be warned and avoid.

mal enfoque al cliente

Posted Jan 4, 2015
Pros: Su playa

Private beach; lack of English speaking staff

Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: It was unique and everyone was very friendly.
Cons: Have more English speaking staff
Location: City tour was great, we did have an English speaking tour guide. Chapel of Peace was nice too. Cliff divers were fantastic.
Private beach ok. Lack of English speaking staff biggest issue. Hard to book tours and have English speaking tour guides.
