"Good "

"My family loves this resort it is our 3rd time staying here. We love the pools, lazy river, shuttle busses takes you to and from universal parks. The view of the water park from the room. Will be visiting again next year. "

"Did not like the parking "

"Fantastic staff !! Breakfast was good lots of options, shuttle to Universal on time, properly was clean had everything we needed, only downside there is nowhere to walk and get food."

"We had a great stay. Staff was very accommodating and the facility was very clean and organized. The pool area was relaxing and clean. Overall a present experience here at the Hyatt place. "

"The manager was awesome!! My fiancé thought the pillow was super comfortable so I went to the front desk and tried to buy one. They said they couldn’t sell them individually so I asked how much I would get charged if I took it home when we left lol. The manager said he appreciated my honesty and gave it to me for free! Other than the amazing customer service our room was spotless and very comfortable. We took advantage of the shuttle for the theme parks which the driver was very nice as well. All in all our stay was perfect and we will be giving them our business again next time we come to Orlando!"
