It was a little hard to find. Its located behind another hotel. Parking garage was convenient. Staff was friendly enough. Kids enjoyed the pool. We didn't try the breakfast. Room was clean and spacious.

I am a fan of Hyatt Place brand so I didn’t even think twice to book this location because all Hyatt Place’s I’ve booked PRIOR to staying at the Buckhead location has been enjoyable. I paid extra for high floor. Was placed on 7th of eight floors total. Avoid 1st (busy floor/check in/breakfast/pool), 3rd, 5th and 7th floors for the ice machine. I stayed in 725 which is the last room on the end but it is across from the ice machine. Even with sound machine I heard the ice machine (which not only makes an obnoxious noise when people are getting ice but sporadically drops ice even when no one is using). Also you can hear a lot of the street noise on Peachtree: loud engines, horns, speeders. I was here for a two day stay and if I hadn’t prepaid I would have checked out after first day. Plumbing was also an issue. Standing water. At first I thought it was plumbing but it swallows when it reaches the drain. It just pools really badly at the back so I was unable to enjoy a long shower. I disliked the garage parking $10/day. It isn’t attached to the hotel so you have to exit the garage area, cross the street then enter the hotel. It is very congested, even with checking in because the available 15 minute parking slots are taken by lazy guests or cheap guests who don’t want to pay for parking and I noticed it wasn’t really policed. I saw the same vehicle parked in one of those slots for the entire duration of my two night stay. Bottom line: I do not recommend and would not rebook.
