“Wonderful Time”

I had read other reviews of this resort and had some concerns when we arrived,they were put to rest as soon as we checked in,as we were filling in the form for arrival we were given a welcome cocktail.We had ordered a room with a kingsize bed and were given a room with two queens instead,this was probably our only complaint in a ten day stay.The food was great,there is something for everyone.The a la cartes were from OK to exceptional.Japanese and Mexican(OK),Steakhouse and Gourmet(great).The staff was tremendous,they could not do enough for you.The shows in the evenings were very entertaining and fun.Overall a terrific place to spend a holiday.

“Amazing, Fantastic, Outstanding IBEROSTAR!!!!”

Our experience at Iberostar was an excellent one. Every minute of our trip was enjoyable. The "star" friends are outstanding at this resort. They are very attentive and are always making you smile and do their best at getting you involved in activities if they is what you are looking for. They really take an interest in their guests and when we left we were sad to leave them. The food was amazing. We went to five different restaurants and each one had wonderful food and great service. You are treated the very best at Iberostar. They also had shows every night that were appropriate for all ages. Our trip was an overall knockout and we (the four of us that went) would definitely go again and recommend it to all of our friends looking to go somewhere hot and sunny :]

“Iberostar Cancun Family Vacation”

Hotel was outstanding in everyway! The rooms were clean and well furnished, The food was great with great variety. They had top name brands of booze including my favorite Captain Morgan. There was plenty of pools space along with chairs, never had to run down early to place towels to reserve spot! We paticipated in all the activities around the pool with the awesome Star friends, we did gun shooting, archery, water polo, water volleyball along with bingo and several other games.

“Unforgettable family trip!”

Unforgettable family trip! Our 4 years old daughter had a lot of fun. It's the best All Inclusive Hotel we have ever visited. Gorgeous swimming pools, great food and the incredible Cancun's sea.

“Spectacular Beach & Pool”

Overall we enjoyed our stay. This was our second time in Cancun and booked this hotel because of the view of the beach and it is truly amazing. There are a number of pools & more than enough seating around the pool and on the beach. It was also nice that there were a number of bars available to get drinks at around the resort. There is a poolside grill outside of the buffet, and I would recommend eating lunch (eat the cheeseburger, stay away from hot dogs) there & at the Mexican retaurant on the beach. The food was not terrible, but it wasn't anything special. We ended up having to try a bunch a different foods b/c we had a hard time finding something we actually liked. The room was nice, but was not the room we had originally booked. They make you bargain with them to get the room you want,annoying! The air worked, but didn't really cool the room off. It's on a sensor, so when you leave the room, your air shuts off! We stayed on the 5th floor & for some reason it smelled like human waste when we got off the elevator everytime, for 5 days?! Stay away from the French restaurant....it's not good. Japanese restaurant is just OK, not as good as people said it was. Mexican restaurant basically served the same food avaiable in the buffet area. And we could not get reservations at the steak house, which was disappointing. Go to the La Isla mall on the strip, stores are kind of expensive, but beautiful there. I recommend stopping at restaurants there too.

before we go,some reviewer said bad about this hotel, but what i saw and had is everything wonderful and perfect, service is very good, food,too. it may be just reopened from Dec-1, so all thing, all service are good, you cannot pick any bad thing form this hotel. room is very comfortable, and all thing is new. equipped iron, hair fryer, hot pot, min bar what you want, they have for you. all free internet and safe box. other hotels will charged it. this is a really enjoy and relax hotel.

“Impressed - exceeded expectations.”

Fantastic experience. I had a two room suite with a terrace that had a complete unobstructed amazing view of the ocean and the Lagoon. I was quite impressed with the facility and staff. All inclusive meant it. It included all you can eat all day long at the buffets or for dinner at a choice of 4 restaurants. It also includes room service and a limited mini-bar in the room (soft drinks and beer). Ofcourse, it includes unlimited drinks at the various bars. The food quality was decent (not amazing), but better than expected for any all-inclusive. The entertainment was so-so. The pools were amazing. The ambiance of the hotel was impressive. It is several miles from the tourist part of Cancun, which is nice but it is a short cab ride away. It is attached with a nice golf course across the street - watch for crocodiles!
