After a long journey for the UK we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful man (wish we’d gotten his name!), his service was really exceptional. The property feels like a little oasis with the greenery and privacy. The cooked breakfast included is also a lovely bonus. The front manager was very understanding. He told me that we were going to stay in the 2nd floor and I told him that we have mobility issues and if it is possible for us to stay on the ground floor so we did. He even helped carry ur luggages to the room. To top it all there was a kitchen. You have a beautiful garden where we hang around for a long time after we checked out.Many thanks.

Location was good close to the bus station and some great restaurants. Hotel has a lot of charm but is a little bit in need of some attention and love. Staff were okay but not the friendliest of places we have stayed in Mexico. Place was generally very clean.

It is a lovely place, that offers good value. Located close to a nice street with many food OPTIONS (el Socio Naiz was the best of all!) and quite close to Zona Hotelera (by car). Breakfast included was a plus. The only two things they could improve on was on having hot water, which usually was cold at night and lukewarm at best during the day, and WiFi connection.
