This small hotel nestled right in the center of Cancun was the perfect place to stay for the week. We were close to everything! The staff was notably very nice! I highly recommend this cute hotel to anyone on a budget looking to have a superb time in Cancun!

It was somewhat of a well preserved building however the Ariel view advertised gives it a far more interesting perspective. The kitchen is not open past breakfast, maintenance workers were working by my room. Staff was somewhat friendly however they demanded you wag your hands with soap and water every time you enter. Some hand sanitizer would have been a bit more user friendly, especially if you’re like me and have a tendency to go back and forth from your room a lot. The windows don’t open and the feels a bit outdated or preserved. The location was ok but there isn’t much in the area within walking distance. For the price, I feel that there are better stays personally.

I felt at home from the very first minute at the hotel. Every single staff member was warm, welcoming and ensured our stay was perfect. Breakfasts were delicious and prepared individually. The beautiful, secluded, lush courtyard was an oasis of calm. Martha Patricia frequently and happily went out of her way for us , without us even asking. She rembered our leaving details and made sure we got our pcr tests set up ( we had been putting it off). I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We will be back as soon as we can. It truly is a home from home.
