Decent stay...but Overpriced.Posted Aug 15, 2011
My wife and I stayed at the Vienna the night before we participated in the Warrior Dash. The Good: Check in was extremely quick and easy and the innkeeper was very nice. He made som suggestions for eating out that night. Parking is easy and the pool looked nice although we didn't use it. The OK: The Continental breakfast was very limited. Some croissants, cold cereal, oatmeal, coffee and juice. Nothing out of the ordinary. No movie channels on the TV but we spent a very limited amount of time in the room anyway. The Not-So-Good: The bed was extremely bouncy, obviously made for durability and not comfort necessarily. The AC/Heater unit was almost impossible to get set to an acceptable temperature. The walls don't seem to be very thick so noises travel. The Bad: There is a single lock on the room door. No deadbolt, chains or swing lock. In addition, the door latch is facing outward. My wife didn't understand my concern until I took a Do-Not-Disturb sign from another room and used it to openup our room door from the outside in less than three seconds. Better in-room security should be provided. The indifferent: The price was really high for the quality but we paid for the location and access to the mountain. Overall, an OK hotel for an OK stay.

Had a nice stay.Posted Jul 14, 2010
We had a nice stay, enjoyed the pool, staff was excellent. They up graded our room, just because. They gave us discount coupons for Ziplining at Hunter mountain. Lighting in room was a little dim. Television could have been on something higher, had a hard time watching it laying in bed. Would liked to have had a refrigerator in the room . Breakfast was basic but sufficient.
