"Being adjacent to Spokane Falls was outstanding! Or view was amazing. We had a balcony and sat on it, had a brewski and, at bedtime, kept the slider open and listened to the waterfall and watched the Pavillion lights dance. Highly recommended !"

"First impressions count and I was met at reception by Cailin (sorry if I butchered the spelling) and she was excellent. Bright, funny and friendly but most of all really helpful and got us checked in a little early and even helped us find rooms better suited to where we were parked. If all hotels were reviewed based on the staff it’s a 10/10. Other than that everything else was good. Nice big clean room. A nice all round hotel. My only real criticism was the WiFi. I was travelling for work and could barely even open an email. If they fixed that then it would be great."
