It sucked, staff horrible... They gave us the Pent House which is smaller than any regular hotel room! Room was dirty shower sucked. I wish i could geta refund

Hotel under construction yet no one ever appears to be working in anything. Pool closed for repairs - perhaps indefinitely.

Pros: The staff at the front desk did all they could to make our stay pleasant.
Cons: Lighting, wifi, tv, housekeeping.
We had a nice sized room with a water view. Room was dark. Outlet for coffee maker was broken and never fixed. Same for light above sink. Amenities were minimal. Soap and shampoo. No tissues. Housekeeping came late every day, made the bed, emptied trash and changed towels. We stayed 8 nights. Carpet was not vacuumed and linen was not changed. There was a three inch bar that ran across the top of the TV, interfering with the picture. The free wifi was spotty. The pool was out of order the entire time. We were given access to the pool at a hotel across the street. The day before we left management decided to change the security system. We were not notified and could not get into the garage. There were glitches in the new system and even with the new key cards had difficulty getting on the elevator and getting the garage door to open.

Pros: Good value and large well furnished rooms,
Cons: The pool was closed but no one told or brother to put a sign up so we sent there for a dip in the afternoon only to find it had been closed for a long
Location: At Miami Beach but far from the Southern part so you will need a car
The hotel did not impress from the outside but the room we had was spacy with large windows and view to both Miami skyline as well as the sea.

Maintainance and cleanliness the biggest issue

When I arrived at the hotel, I found an empty beer can in my room. After my first night, my room was not cleaned. I informed the front desk, my room was cleaned but the old beer from the guest before me, remained. After the 2nd night, I asked the front desk to take the old beer can finally out of my room. This never happened. After the third night I finally took the old beer can to the front desk, together eith my coffee machine that was not cleaned since I arrived. The front desk kept repesting that they sppreciate my comments and that they will tell their staff. Overall I am upset because: I had an empty beer can from the forner guest in ny room furing my whole stay The bathtub has cigarette stains My towel was the same since I arrived The coffee machine was never cleaned The bedsheets are in horrible conditions The front desk never cared

will never stay there... or will not send anyone..worst hotel/suite

Bed had hair all over it, asked for new sheets twice never got them!
