"The room faces a 4-lane main boulevard and trafic noise is heard day and night. Windows are not sound proof. There is limited hitel parking and I had to park outside the guarded hitel compound."

"One of the best and affordable stays in West Jerusalem. Friendly and helpful staff, ample breakfast buffet and strategically located. A long history and with significant peace work amongst Israeli Jews, Muslims and Christians. Loved everything about my stay here."

"Fantastic location! The renovated room has a smaller bathroom than the older rooms. The new room needed more bars and hooks for hanging towels. The shower needed a bigger lip to prevent leaking water into the rest of the bathroom. The food is tasty and with different options. The staff is courteous, competent, helpful and accommodating."
