Signiificant Improvement
Since the last time I stayed at this hotel, I couldn’t believe what a marked improvement the hotel has made. There is new management in place and it is obvious that they are looking to imrove every facet of the hotel, from customer service (which was excellent) to the guest’s total comfort to highly improved amenities. The breakfast buffet, which included several hot items, was the best I have experienced for this class of hotel. The goal here obviously is complete customer satisfaction and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. It is definitely the best value in this area.

Good Value
Overall the hotel was nice. The toilet was not cleaned properly because there was scum under the lid in the bowl and the stopper in the tub was broke, but other than that the stay was nice, the staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and cozy.

Great Hotel
The hotel was great, the pool could have been cleaner, however the hotel was very busy while we were there so it’s a little understandable. The room was better than expected and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Not to impressed
The room was clean but the air conditioning did not work well and had to be left on high all the time. The drain in the sink did not drain correctly either.

Not comfortable
I stayed for 3 nights, the 1st night I had a very uncomfortable bed so I was moved to another room, the 2nd night the air conditioner was terribly noisy, and I suffered through it for a 3rd night. Would not stay again

the room had a king bed, frig, microwave and a desk - good for business write-ups, etc. hotel has manager’s party from 5pm to 7 pm monday thru thursday - light food plus beer/wine

We did a site visit to this property prior to booking and thought it would be ok, however, the business traveler who used the room was very unhappy.

The hotel was very clean and maintained well. We had an issue with the TV in our room, but it was corrected quickly and courteously. Will definitely use again.

hotel not very clean, ice machine working only on 3rd floor(6 story hotel),gym was used as a storage closet, vending machines(soda,water,snacks)not refilled for days(kids were not happy)

Will pick another hotel in the area next time
Not very clean and had a bad order. No windows in the hallways making it darker than it really was. Ice machines not working, no towels-had to dry off with hand towels and use a box of kleenex for toilet paper. They had a large crowd there and did not forcast for it.

Do not pay in advance without seeing the place first. Cannot get a refund so unless you can afford it, you cannot change your mind.

It’s like you are finding yourself in a rundown motel instead of a hotel.The bath tub was so dirty that I was the only one who dared to take a shower.The hotel hostess was rude and overworked.At check-in time at least 4 other people had basic problems. It was a mistake to stay here.there were tons of better looking ones on the street.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in.
The hotel needed lots of repairs. The sheets and bedding was old and worn. Towels were stained. The bottom of the tub/shower was cracked. The carper was dirty. The hotel smelled bad.

Hotel in bad shape.
Lobby and entrance fine. Corridors to rooms chipped/patched paint. Electrical outlets not working, televisions in 2 different rooms not working. Alarm clocks in both rooms not working. Holes in walls. No assistance from hotel in moving at 11:00 PM after already unpacking.
