Staff was not very helpful. The exception is one who asks if you can be helped. Air was not working in lobby and check in area where breakfast is served. Very uncomfortable. Air was set in room at 62 but temp as in the 70's. For a Hyatt, very disappointed in decor, pool out of service, phones not working. I'd never stay there again.
