My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway and we loved it! It’s a beautiful hotel. The bed was very comfortable, which is important to us and the outdoor pool was amazing, which is important to me :) We would definitely return, probably when they are done building the surrounding area.

Well kept. Pools a little deceiving because it’s not that big. The pool staff is wonderful as well as the front desk. We extended our stay one day and they gave me the rate I had through Expedia-which was nice. Didn’t realize there was no longer a golf course-its buildings and a park. So currently a lot of construction in the back-but didn’t hear it from our room. FYI: no refrigerators in the room-you have to pay a $25 fee for one-it’s just the mini bar so that was inconvenient.

Stayed here two days for a staycation. We really enjoyed the room. Only complaints were the tub looks small and dated and a regular breakfast was literally $100. We didn’t do dinner in the restaurant. Not enough options in the menu. Staff was super wonderful.

It was a WONDERFUL stay! They are very attentive! The food and drinks were OUTSTANDING! The property even sent complimentary anniversary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! We will do our anniversary there again next year!

Always a good stay. The area has grown and a lot of new dining/entertainment options. I miss the old Ballantyne and golf course but things change and the hotel is still a top choice.

I didn't like the idea of having to scan on my phone to be able to order food to room. Also not having a mini fridge in my room or microwave for how much I paid for the stay. I liked the convenienve of getting to my room easy.

The room on the park side hit the mark for us. We left the balcony door open just to listen to the fountains as we unwound from the day. Staff was friendly. It was nice the had both an indoor and outdoor pool. We enjoyed the service poolside for drinks and food.

Nice place and nice staff but exterior needs serious cleaning or power wash plus my window view was covered in cobwebs and dirt. It’s gotta be the first resort I’ve stayed at with no fridge- oh they have a mini bar fridge loaded with overpriced amenities but you can’t even stick a bottle of water in it to keep cold! And if you like a coffee first thing in your room you’ll need to throw on a robe and head to the lobby- complimentary yes, inconvenient absolutely. Only 1 restaurant onsite as well, good food though.

I was amazed by the hospitality. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into the lobby. I am telling friends and family about the decor, staff professionalism. My room was VERY clean . The food was excellent. I highly recommend the Ballantyne .
