I loved this hotel. It was uniquely beautiful. Helpful, knowledgeable friendly staff. Clean with eclectic designs. I like the furniture throughout and the rooms are what I call 'sophisticated comfort'. The Kimpton Tryon hotel is truly luxurious and in the middle of lots of places to dine and shop at. The areas around the hotel are also clean and well maintained. Just a lovely hotel in a beautiful section of Charlotte.

The service for the staff at all levels is terrible. I’m not sure if it’s a cultural thing or the way the staff are trained. Guests are treated as an inconvenience in an otherwise decent hotel.
