Great place to stay! Concierge by the name of Jorge was very helpful with finding great restaurant in the area.

Bad Noise Bad response
Woke up to mind numbing construction noise. When I complained they said construction was mentioned in the fine print on Expedia. I said I realize that, but I responded If you had said mind numbing jack hammering starting at 9am I would not have booked. The hotel manager responded If we did that no one would stay! I took their $50 drink voucher for the inconvenience with contempt.

A little noisy during the day due to remodel but otherwise a beautiful stay! Very friendly staff.

Great location, poor service.
We experienced a few issues that delayed us in getting on with our plans... but problems resolved and apologies given...still left with a not so bad feeling. Fantastic renovations match the perfect location....

Because of it’s great location you can save a few bucks by walking everywhere... from Collins Ave. to Lincoln Rd. and Ocean Drive...

Can’t Wait To Go Back!!
This was my 5th stay at the Loews and as always it was wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful if you need anything. Great views of the ocean and the pool is 24hours. We ate at Emeril’s for brunch on Sunday and the food was amazing. Room service arrives quickly and everything we ordered was very good. Didn’t want to go home!

Best stay on the beach
Perfectly situated between Lincoln Road and the South Beach strip with shopping and dining just short walks away. The pool and beach access make a day at the water convenient and pure pleasure.Friendly helpful and interested staff in addition to plentiful amenities make the Lowes Miami Beach a "must stay". Of course there has to be one fault - no free internet access!! However with that pool, bar and beach who’s wants their laptop too!

Definately check out the local family run Bella Cuba restuarant, the best Mojitos made outside Havana.

Great hotel, discount with renovations worth it!
We were able to stay at this hotel with a discount, due to the renovations. We were not bothered by any noise, etc. It was well worth it with the discount, and a great hotel all around. Other hotels close by seem to have better pool facilities, beach services (no beachfront services included with Loews), etc. Again, this is still a great place to stay.

Hit and Miss Experience
Overall the hotel was good with a comfortable room, large bathroom, and excellent view of downtown Miami. On the best stretch of beach. Good service too. However, the air conditioner left a large wet spot on the carpet. In addition, the television didn’t work, and the hotel charged us for a movie that we saw just a few minutes of before it died.

Loews Miami Beach Hotel
The hotel itself was very nice, but unfortunately we stayed there at the wrong time. This was a leisure trip for us to relax and rest and we were not able to do that due to them renovating and working on the hotel. This noise was unbelievably loud which kept us from being able to sleep or enjoy watching TV when we were in our room. It began as early as 8:00 am in the morning and continued throughout the day until after 7:00 pm.

Service was great, friendly staff, very accomodating! Only downfall is that you have to pay for beach chairs and be prepared, there is an 18% service fee on everything, even ordering coffee from the self serve coffee place.

Beautiful Hotel with staff of the highest US Caliber
This hotel is one of the few in which I have stayed that could compare the hospitality and comfort found in hotels in the Asian Gulf States. The room had a wonderful view of the city and was very spacious. The location to the beach could not be any closer. Great hotel!
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
I recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to simply relax on the beach or at the pool but the beach is so close and nice who would stay at the pool. It is in a great location to Lincoln Pedestrian Zone and Ocean Drive and is really in a good location to get any where in the Miami Beach/South Beach area. Go to the beach!

Wait until the construction is over
Lovely hotel, but too damn noisy! Construction 7 days a week from sun up to sun down. The drilling, banging, sawing, etc. Is deafening. There is no quite enjoyment of the room. Staying here is not worth the inconvience. Wait until the construction is over before going.

Return trip
We stayed here last year before our cruise, and chose Loews because of prior satisfaction at other Loews hotels and because of the 4 star rating. We loved everything about it and chose it again this year before our cruise. The food is very pricey, but good. Has a beautiful pool with excellent service, a wonderful spa and workout facility, and a very relaxing indoor/outdoor lounge with live music. We enjoyed the quick breakfast bar this year, as an alternative to the expensive restaurant, which was the only option last year. Also, the Emeril’s restaurant is another choice, with a wonderful Sunday jazz brunch.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
We didn’t do any sightseeing, but did travel a few block down the street, where there are many t-shirt/souvenir shops, and one block away is a Walgreens where all incidentals you need are MUCH cheaper!

Great Hotel, Great Location
This hotel is located on a perfect stretch on SoBe. It is a 2 minute walk to Lincoln Rd where ther is an abundance of shopping, dinig and nite life. It is located right on the beach with a variety of watersports that are available. The hotel staff was excellent! Having Emnerils on the premises is a bonus as the food was delicious. Already planning my next trip. Definitely will stay again.

Walk down Lincoln Road for neat little boutiques and unique eateries. Very South Beach!

Wonderful hotel that lives up to its hype!
Room, location, food, and Elemis spa were amazing! Staff was attentive and courteous at all times. Will definitely go back again!

Try Puerto Sagua Cuban restaurant on 7th and Collins Avenue for fresh, delicious food. Reasonably priced and fast service. Try the cafe con leche, amd you will not be dissapointed!

Very nice
This was a very nice hotel, and due to their "construction Special" we got an outstanding rate and didn’t even notice the construction...Staff was very accommodating and nice, our flight arrived before noon on Friday and we were immediately able to check in, well before the 3pm official check in time. Our flight back left at 530pm and we were given a late check out until 2pm, then checked our bags and sat by the pool until it was time to leave. The pool is nice, but you better get there early if you want a lounge chair near the pool...

My only caution to first time visitors to Miami: 18% TIPS ARE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO ALL OF YOUR BAR/RESTAURANT BILLS!!! The first night I ended up tipping everyone 20% on top of the 18%, so pay attention...If the service is good you can always add to what they do automatically.

Not so bad, for semi luxury
Loews Hotel in Miami is a nice hotel if you like crowds, since ti s quite popular it is always crowded. We did have to change rooms because of a plumbing problem but the hotel itself is very nice. Room service was the best. Maybe when I return it will have been renovated and the service will improve.
