Ok for a few nights
The whole hotel is somewhat dark but for a few nights that is ok. We did get great help from a young girl at the reception to organize a city tour with a rented cab. The airport transfer worked well both arriving and leaving. The food was decent however no wine or beer are served in the restaurang. We stayed for two nights on our roundtrip of Guatemala. We are a couple 50+ from Europe at present living and working in Panama
Avoid the rainy season and be particular when selecting a hotel in Antigua. Choose a somewhat more expensive hotel, it pays of.

Good location.
Not the funciest but very confortable and centrally located. Restaurant foods and pastries are delicious. Will be back for sure.

No complaints here
The hotel was a quick ride from the airport, and the shuttle was there to pick me up upon arrival. Zona 10, the safe place with alot of restaurants and bars was also really close by. Most noteworthy to me was that when I didn’t wake up to my wake-up call, the front desk person came upstairs knocking on my room door to make sure I didn’t miss my morning plane. Now that is service with care. I would stay there again.
