Room was clean. location was right in the middle of everything, easy to walk to what we needed, Angela was particularly helpful as well as the valet. It never took longer than 5 minutes to get out vehicle.

Property is right of Michigan Ave. perfect location also our room had an entry door that had a lil hall as you entered so it made it seem bigger for our room. Room was clean you could see buildings outside si it was city view as advertised. Friendly staff overall no problem very clean pool was closed tho only downfall.

I think the overall property was okay I think for the price the rooms should definitely be larger and more up to date. The parking should be more clear that no matter if you choose the vallet for the hotel or not you’re going to be paying at least $70 a night to park that was a little bit confusing staff was very nice the free breakfast was a nice addition as well
