As soon as we walked in, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. Our room was Beautiful and Clean. We were in town for George Strait Concert. Was a safe walk to Soldier Field. We will be back.

We were on the 12th floor. No hot water would come to the bathroom sink at all ever! Also, the valet parking people, who have the job of parking cars and get paid for it, expect a tip. Weird. I was a teacher for 34 years; I never got a tip.

In town for The Rolling Stones Concert and found the accommodations, the staff and nearby restaurants to be a nice surprise as we have never stayed here before. Everyone was so kind and helpful and we were within walking distance of Soldier Field and we felt very safe walking back at midnight. We would recommend them and will stay again next we come to Chicago!

I love staying at this hotel, this is me and my family second time staying here and as usual outstanding service from the staff, clean environment, Great breakfast bar, walking distance from public transportation to downtown or inner city. Over all great option in goin with this hotel. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the toilets kept clogging in our room like it wasn’t getting enough of water or something but overall still a great option in the wide selection of hotels around Chicago. Look forward to staying there again.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Beds are a little too firm for me and the complementary breakfast was not the best. Other than that quick Uber ride to downtown or Chinatown, very convenient.

I didn’t like the 150 incidental fee, and when I asked a day after I checked out when I would get it back she told me maybe in five days. I asked her for a receipt and she said they didn’t give receipts and if I didn’t get it back I would have to call them myself ti ask why.

Nice and quiet - we went there to stay overnight after the Rolling Stones concert. It was in walking distance, which was a plus room was great and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and was ok. There is a Starbucks in the building. The snack area could use some condiments for the sandwichs .Would definitely stay again

Only big thing that really was bad were the staff, not very friendly. I called prior to checking in to see if I can do early check in for my elderly parents. They said no problem. When we arrived to check in the catch was you had to be a Hilton Member. Was charged extra for it. The cleaning staff were awesome and so attentive and respectful.

Beautiful hotel, guest service excellent. One problem the toilet was clogged up and I went reported it and it neverrrr got fixed. Which I was leaving early that morning but just to say. Shame on them 😣

Pretty average stay at this hotel. Very courteous and helpful staff. Clean and tidy room. Walls are thin, so you can hear rooms above/next to you. I also had a party going on across the hall from my room on a Saturday and Sunday night until 2 A.M., and dogs barking throughout my stay, so sleep was hit or miss. Shower water pressure was mediocre as well. Overall, I’d give this hotel C .
