“ We stayed at the hotel from May 15-17. We were completely not satisfied with our stay due to the lack of cleanliness, lack of water pressure, and unsanitary issues we experienced in our room. To summarize: + the bed looked like it was slept in when we checked in + there was brown water in the ice container + there was a lot of hair strands in the sink and on the toilet + there were large wet stains as we entered the room. + the towels had brown and black stains on them. + the water pressure……

“This was the worst hotel experience I have had in forty years of travel. The room was filthy. Blood stains on the blanket, shoe prints on the sheets, floor was so dirty I had black stains on the bottom of my bare feet, cable service that only worked half the time, wireless that was ridiculously slow, stains on the walls, and lint growing in the air ducts. We were gouged on price due to availability and a major event in town. The staff was completely indifferent to our needs and concerns.……
