“The staff didn’t communicate effectively between shifts and I was unable to check-in because I communicated to Ben that I was arriving after 2am due arriving in Columbus, Ohio around 12:30pm. My flight as delayed so I arrived around 3:18am and didn’t even comp a room for me. Customer service could be improved throughout my stay. ”
