“This motel is not open. There are no doors, windows and toilets on the sidewalk. We were advised to go across the street to a Days inn where our reservation would be honored. The lobby was full of dirty laundry in trash bags. I told the manager that there were people all along the sidewalks and on the second floor mezzanine sleeping. He assured me they were just transitioning. Not sure where they were transitioning to. The receptionist let me know to call Expedia for a refund. I have yet to……

“The room was fine. The facilities were fine. No problems. The staff - I called for a late checkin (noon) and they said that was fine. Then at 11:19 a cleaning lady knocked. I said, "I need a few minutes. I'm not dressed" and she kept trying to come in. I yelled that I wasn't dressed and she opened the door (the chain was on) and she kept yelling at me that it was after 11. I was almost completely naked and i kept yelling that I'm not dressed and I got a late check out. I was mortified. She just……

“Room could have been cleaner. And Don't believe the breakfast part!!! For the amount of money being spent on the rooms the breakfast should be great! They don't even have Bacon or sausages... They had sausage links and we all know some places do not cook them well done! I only got the room because I thought the breakfast was good... I'll be looking for TRU hotels from here on out...
