“When we first arrived, the lobby was not clean and the staff had a hard time checking me in. It took about 15 minutes to finally get checked in. She was apologetic, but still was not ”

“I already sent a review, but I'll do it again because it was so bad, the hotel smelled like a skunk was inside, the service was horrible, I had a 3 day stay and they didn't clean the room once even after I asked them to. I had to get upset for them to give me a clean set of towels on the third night. absolutely horrible!!! I don't think I'll ever use Expedia again.”

“1 of the most important th8ngs failed us. Hot water!! 15-20 minutes to get it Had to let the shower run”

“Shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty, ice machine didn’t work, fitness room was shut down, pool was over flowing. Then to keep my same room for second night I had To give up some of what I had paid for a bigger room. ”
