“The staff upon check in was nice but the reservation didn’t allow for the Hilton check in app (digital key) as my email indicated, so the extra time at a late night check in was inconvenient. The room itself had a smell to it as you can tell it’s “pet friendly” and the rug seemed wet (maybe they were shampooed?). The AC rattled all night and I took a quick video and showed the desk upon check out and was advised they’d “make a note”. The breakfast selection was extremely limited but wasn’t……
