“Upon checking we were place on the 4th floor after being in the Quality suites we experienced elevator shut down only to be out of service for 3 days of our stay. We were not able to take proper showers due to hot water shortage, the front desk staff seemed to not care about our concerns and choose not to address our concerns. I ask to be moved to another floor. The front desk clerk indicated that he would inform me once the rooms became available he would let me know only to have disappeared……

“This is a small hotel with the outdoor entrance rooms. The owners have refurbished all the rooms. Mine was quite lovely. The bed was huge, I even had a recliner. The TV was a huge screen with plenty of channels. It was very clean and smelled great. The staff were so kind, helping me out. I’m disabled so getting inside the office to use the ice machine was a little hard but the boy behind the counter jumped out real fast to help. You can’t smoke in the room of course so I smoked outside. Very……
