“Warm welcome when we arrived and shown to our room which was very spacious and clean with a beautiful view from our balcony of the river and surrounding fields. Food was excellent and a good choice of beers. Dog friendly which was very important to us. Park and Ride to Bath CC was so convenient and close by. Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company……

“The apartment was well priced and had every amenity we needed. Unfortunately the hygiene levels of the apartment were awful as the place clearly hasn't been cleaned for a while nor between guest's stays. The kitchen was filthy along with all utensils and cutlery, plates etc... There were old sweets left on the sofa and between cushions. Dust everywhere. The 2nd bed was very uncomfortable. ”
