“Very friendly welcome and lovely attentive staff at breakfast. Fab food cooked to order for breakfast along with some premium fresh extras like pastries, granola and fruit. It was great having on site parking as this can be a problem when staying in Bath. The hotel and room was well decorated with all the amenities. The bed was very comfy as were the pillows, so had a couple of brilliant nights sleep. Only gripe of the whole stay was that the toliet seat must have broken at some point and had……

“The room itself is fine, but I encountered issues with the water temperature fluctuating in the shower. It's very difficult to control, especially during the winter season. Additionally, the location of the hotel is not very convenient for traveling in Bath, even if you have a car. (The center of Bath is always prone to traffic jams.)
