“Staff members were really helpful and professional”

“Parking wasn't bad. Room was decent. Staff was okay. Breakfast was not as advertised. Unfortunately we didn't have hot water the entire stay and when we notified the front desk we were told the hot water was turned on and to let it run for 10+ minutes if needed. That didn't fix the issue and when we told them again, they said it's on. ”

“Simple place to rest - not a lot of amenities, but I expected that (my wife not so much -- lesson learned).”

“They have signs up that they are renovating... however... reviews from last year say the same about renovations. The furniture in the rooms is sooo beat up...no microwave..no lamps..it was very run down. Not to mention the what seemed like alit if homeless people hanging out front the entire weekend? I will not stay here again. Lots of other hotels to choose from in the area. ”

“I didn’t even stay 1 night and no refund for the horrendous conditions. I was traveling with my dog for almost 13 hours in the car- booked online because it said they accepted pets-also when I called ahead of time- they said they had a restaurant available. Checked in at 8:00pm - after walking my dog I took a shower only to find bugs in the drain by my feet! And there was NO HOT water Mortified- I got dressed and went to the available restaurant that stopped serving food at 9:00 on Friday……

“Room was great 👍 The staff was super. My only concern was we're the breakfast was served. As a concerned person for those with disabilities (limitations) on getting their safely. If you use the ramp, which is outside; per it raining, not good circumstances as the person or persons will get wet.... Otherwise the hotel is great!!!”
