“Very clean room & very friendly staff.”

“one of the desk clerks, Tracy McKee, was particularly sweet, cheerful and helpful. I’d had a spill with some soda in the room and wiped it up with the hand towels so I took them down to the desk and asked if I could trade them in for clean ones. She asked several maids to replace them as they walked by. no. so she went herself to the laundry room and got some clean ones. she came back with a smile, sweet and. cheerful. Every time we saw her she would give us a big smile and a cheerful……

“I said I need a quiet room far away from the road, but the lady still gave me the room so close to the road, I pretty sure there is lot empty rooms in the motel . So I can’t sleep well at night cause the noise!”

“Most of the people that were staying there seem to be on the verge of homelessness. I could smell Marijuana in the hallways. Only one light switch worked. There were a fair amount of sketchy people hanging around outside. The bed was uncomfortable and no place to get ice.”
